These two cases from our everyday practice illustrate the possibilities of aesthetic composite multi-layer restorations. A small but subtle difference changes patients’ smiles (and perhaps their lives).

Using composite materials in a natural layering concept, teeth can be remodelled in an absolutely minimally invasive and substance-preserving way (without grinding teeth). For example, the so-called black triangles caused by periodontal gum loss or the gap between the two front teeth (diastema) can be closed in a highly aesthetic, gentle and pain-free manner.
