This time the decision was made quickly, our team wanted another trip to the Beetzsee, where the first team event organised by Leipziger14 – Ihre Zahnärzte had already taken place in 2013 and is still remembered fondly today.

On 16 August 2019, we returned to the Beetzsee nature sports project. Two teams were quickly formed and the current practice processes, communication guidelines and team goals were discussed and visualised in teamwork. After the brainstorming session, it was time for the sporting activities. Once again, teamwork and communication were required for archery and rowing! The final target shooting with the laser rifle required a good sense of proportion and precision and was met with enthusiasm from all sides.

To round off the day together, our personal “grill master” Alexander Planert instructed his “grill trainee” Sebastian Zorn in the secrets of the perfect steak. Once again, the great day was rounded off perfectly with delicious food.
